Simon Isbester
Director | Senior Project Manager
Simon is the founder and Director of Upright, bringing extensive experience in project management, infrastructure delivery and construction leadership throughout regional New South Wales.
A Full Member of both the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA), Simon has successfully delivered a diverse range of civil, commercial and infrastructure projects for local government and private sector clients.
His practical construction background, combined with strong project management expertise, allows him to confidently guide projects from initial planning and approvals through to construction, commissioning and handover. Simon is recognised for his collaborative approach, strong stakeholder management skills and commitment to delivering successful outcomes for clients and communities alike.
Jayke Convery
Project Manager
Jayke combines practical trade experience with extensive project management expertise across infrastructure, commercial construction, community facilities and local government projects.
His strong understanding of design development, procurement, construction delivery and stakeholder coordination enables him to effectively manage complex projects while maintaining programme, budget and quality objectives.
Jayke is particularly skilled in resolving challenging design and planning issues, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and delivering practical solutions that support successful project outcomes.
Keegan Anderson
Project Coordinator
Keegan brings over a decade of experience working across civil infrastructure, utilities, commercial construction and major capital works projects throughout regional Australia.
With a background in electrical services, civil infrastructure and project coordination, he provides valuable technical knowledge and practical insight during project delivery. His strengths include stakeholder communication, programme coordination, construction planning and interpreting complex engineering and services documentation.
Keegan's hands-on industry experience ensures projects are effectively coordinated, well organised and delivered to a high standard.
Robyn Isbester
Project Administration & Client Support
Robyn provides the organisational and administrative support that keeps projects running efficiently behind the scenes.
With extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, programme administration and client services, Robyn manages project documentation, communications, scheduling, procurement administration and financial processing across the business.
Her attention to detail, strong communication skills and commitment to client service ensure project teams remain organised, informed and supported throughout every stage of delivery.
